BOOKING REQUIREMENTS FOR THE USE OF FACILITIES OF THE DEPARTMENT OF MATHEMATICAL SCIENCES (JSM)

A. JSM FACILITY BOOKING

1. Bookings can be made at the JSM General Office or by filling out the Facility Booking Form.

2. Users are REQUIRED to fill out the JSM Facility Booking. To book please deal with the staff below:

B. FACILITY AVAILABILITY

To check for any availability, users can visit JSM Facility Availability.

1. Users who have made a booking have the right to use the facility according to the time period that has been set.
2. Users who have made a booking have the right to ask other users to “LEAVE” from the time/date that has been booked.

C. BOOKING CANCELLATION

JSM reserves the right to cancel the reservation if:

1. There are major event organization.
