Introduction

ADUAN UKM System and Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey Form

The Customer Service Division PKK coordinates and manages the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Public Complaint Management System (ADUAN UKM), monitors the Supervisors and Investigating Officers appointed for each Responsibility Centre at UKM, and manages research for the Centre for Corporate Communications Stakeholder Satisfaction Survey Form.

ADUAN UKM is an online channel to manage feedback such as public/integrity complaints, appreciation, inquiries and suggestions from the public regarding UKM services. ADUAN UKM was launched to assist customers in filing complaints or providing feedback on UKM’s Responsibility Centre services and the UKM community. It serves as a standardized and integrated public complaint management and customer feedback system. As the System Administrator, the Customer Service Division PKK is in charge of assigning complaints and feedback to Responsibility Centre at UKM.

ADUAN UKM System

  • Implement/facilitate the Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Public Complaint Management System (ADUAN UKM) platform.
  • Handle out UKM complaints and feedback in accordance with current procedures/procedures/circulars.
  • Coordinate the distribution of complaints / feedback to the relevant Responsibility Centre.
  • Monitor the Supervisors and Investigating Officers appointed for each Responsibility Centre as they conduct investigations into complaints received for their specific Centre.
  • Provide appropriate response guidelines according to the level of the complaint.
  • Provide the university’s management with a monthly analysis and report on the status of complaints and feedback.
