- The Insurance risk is underwritten By Takaful Ikhlas Sdn Bhd.
- Any medical costs in excess of the benefit limit provided by your company will be borne by you.
- Claims must be submitted to ING Insurance within 30 days from the date of consultation or services.
- Some hospitals do not include meal allowance under the Room & Board Limit.
