Dato ’Onn College (KDO) is the First College established in UKM Bangi in parallel with the transfer of the UKM Campus to Bangi. First College has changed its name to Student Complex A on 25 November 1977.
Dato ’Onn’s fame and prominence has caused his name to be immortalized in the folds of history to be remembered forever. Therefore, on 30 January 1986 equivalent to 20 Jamadil Awwal 1406 Hijrah, the position of this college was strengthened with the inauguration by YAB Tun Hussein Onn, the 3rd Prime Minister of Malaysia.

Moving in
- Notice related to application and confirmation is issued by Student Housing Centre.
- Students need to make an application and confirmation within the time set by the University.
- Students will be registered in the Student Information System (SMP) on the day of students registration.
- Acquire the requirements provided such as:
- Room key;
- Basic room facility inventory form;
- Other requirements set by the residential college.
- Inspect the facility, fill out the form and submit it at the residential college counter.
Guest House
Dato ’Onn College offers 3 types of Guest Houses available for rent to visitors.
Guest House Type:
Standard – RM125.00/night
Triple – RM120.00/night
Family – RM125.00/night
Among the facilities provided are air conditioning, electric kettle, mini fridge, television, iron, water heater, WiFi and prayer mats.
