Applied Innovation Fund (AIF)
The Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation (MOSTI) offers various research and development (R&D) funding to improve the country’s STI agenda. The financing of the MOSTI fund dedicated to innovation development efforts is the Applied Innovation Fund (AIF).
MOSTI has implemented an expansion of the scope of AIF fund application categories starting September 1, 2023 which is expanded to HEIs, GRIs and STI Agencies. Accordingly, YBhg.Dato’/ Datuk/ Prof./ Dr./ Sir/ Madam are invited to submit project proposals containing elements of technological innovation through the https://sdb.mosti.gov.my/sdbcms/ system and have the opportunity to receive AIF fund financing amounts up to RM500,000.00.
