The Annual General Meeting of the Postgraduate Association, Faculty of Medicine, UKM (PSIFER) was held on 28 January 2026 at Lecture Hall 2, Education Block. The meeting was graced by the presence of YBhg. Prof. Datin Dr. Norlinah Mohamed Ibrahim, Deputy Dean (Postgraduate Studies); Dr. Syamsa Rizal Abdullah, Assistant Dean (Student Affairs & Alumni); and Assoc. Prof. Chm. Dr. Tan Jen Kit, Head of the Postgraduate Programme (Doctor of Philosophy).
The Faculty of Medicine, UKM extends its appreciation and gratitude to Dr. Muhammad Sufi Mohd Pauze, former Chairperson, and the entire leadership team for the 2024/2025 academic session for their commitment, cooperation, and dedication throughout their tenure leading PSIFER.
Congratulations and best wishes are extended to Ms. Barizah Syahirah binti Hanim on her appointment as Chairperson of PSIFER, along with the newly appointed leadership team for the 2025/2026 academic session. It is hoped that this new leadership will continue to strengthen PSIFER’s role as a committed association in supporting the welfare and development of the postgraduate student community at the Faculty of Medicine, UKM.
