Full-Time : 8 – 14 Semesters (Maximum)
June & December
- Basic medical degree from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia or M.D., M.B.B.S., M.B. Ch; recognized by the Senate; AND
- The first degree must be from a recognized university registered by the Malaysian Medical Council; AND
- A letter / proof of financial support must be attached. All international and self-financed applicants must produce an accepted written proof of financial status either in a form of an active bank/financial Institution statement or accepted letter of guarantee; AND
- At least 2 years of clinical experience after the basic medical degree; AND
- For International candidates must also submit proof of proficiency in spoken and written english. An eligible candidate must have IELTS ≥ Band 6.5 or MUET ≥ Band 4 or TOEFL iBT ≥ 79 or TOEFL pBT ≥ 548 or Pearson Test of English ≥ 63 or Cambridge English Qualifications and Test ≥ 176 (with proof) taken within the last two years prior to application; AND
- Undergone clinical training (minimum 3 months) in the Faculty of Medicine Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia with good performance* *(For International candidate : subjected to other entry requirements)
- Any other specific requirements required by each programme. (Will need to refer to the program coordinator)
