Dr. Rizuana Iqbal Hussain
Rizuana Iqbal Hussain is a senior consultant radiologist, Department of Radiology, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia Medical Centre, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. She received her degree in medicine from the University of Bangalore, India, and Master of Medicine (Radiology) (UKM) in 2008. Throughout her career, she has trained a significant number of radiologists, who later became the main providers of radiology services in the country. Her special interest is in breast imaging and she has been working in that field since 2009 doing both diagnostic and interventional breast procedures. She has given talks and organized a number of National and International Breast Radiology meetings, workshops and conferences. Her current research mainly focuses on Digital Breast Mammography (DBT) and Elastography. She has also given multiple talks and training DBT.
