Single Cell and Spatial Multiomic Seminars

UMBI was proud to host the Single Cell and Spatial Multiomic Seminars alongside Nextgene Sdn Bhd on the 22nd of April 2025. It was an excellent opportunity to engage with the latest advancements in single cell and spatial transcriptomic. Special thanks to the insightful presentations by Dr. Li Bo from the Genome Institute of Singapore (GIS) and the expert team from 10x Genomics, Dr. Benson and Ms. Sharon. We were especially excited to learn about the applications of Chromium for single cell analysis, Visium for spatial transcriptomics, and Xenium for high-plex RNA and protein profiling, all of which are revolutionizing how we approach complex biological systems. The seminars sparked meaningful discussions among researchers, students, and clinicians, opening doors for future collaborations and innovation in precision medicine and translational research. UMBI remains committed to supporting platforms that foster scientific discovery and capacity building in cutting-edge omics technologies.
