This Leadership course is conducted all throughout the academic period and designed to help developing leadership talent and creating a cultural shift towards excellence leadership in any organization. This course guides students in building their own leadership characters through new skills and behaviours that will enhance their ability to lead others. It is hands-on and practical with skills immediately applicable to the jobs.
