Associate Professor

Biography

Khairul Anuar Mohd Ali is an Associate Professor at the UKM-Graduate School of Business. He received his first degree in Bachelor Business Administration from Washington State University, USA, his Master in Business Administration from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia and his PhD from Universiti Utara Malaysia. His current research interests are in the area of quality management, performance measurement and customer satisfaction. His current research project are on the development of Customer Satisfaction Index and Mathematical Modeling for Performance Measurement of Malaysian Local Authorities, both funded by relevant Research Grants. Dr Khairul’s research works have appeared in various international refereed journals such as Total Quality Management & Business Excellence Journal, Quality & Quantity International Journal, Social Indicators Research Journal, International Review of Business Research Papers, Journal of Global Business Management, Pakistan Journal of Nutrition, The Indonesian Management & Accounting Research and Jurnal Sains Malaysiana.
