SUPERINTERN PROGRAMME:
SuperInterns are required to spend a minimum of 10 weeks of internship with us while gaining exposure to exciting real-life work experiences. As a SuperIntern, you will be assigned to a specific department or business unit within Leaderonomics, focusing on some of these areas: Corporate Training, Editorial, Content Development, Community Work and Digital Learning.

WHAT TO EXPECT:
Apart from your day-to-day responsibilities within your assigned department/business unit, you will also be part of a holistic SuperIntern development journey that will stretch you and grow you to the next level! You will be given/assigned

Cross Business Unit Intern Projects:
– 1 on 1 Mentoring Sessions with Leaderonomers
– Get-to-Know-Your-Leaders Sessions
– Individual Intern Presentation (at the end of your internship)
– And other fun, exciting things (to be revealed when you join us!)

WHO DO WE LOOK FOR:
– Passionate and self-driven diploma/degree students
– Strong command of written and spoken English
– Detail-oriented and possesses learning agility
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Willing to travel
