The management trainee program will provide you on-the-job training to gain exposure and experience required to oversee the sales operations in the FMCG retail industry. As a management trainee, you will learn management skills that are aligned with the Company’s philosophies.

Trainees will go through a 6-month Sales Operation program where they will start by working as retail specialist to understand the on-field operation and master the art of selling for the 1st 3 months. After which, you will be assigned as Area Sales Lead managing the operations of a cluster of stores.

To qualify as part of the program:

• Bachelor in any related field with second-class upper CGPA
• Fresh graduates with less than 2 year of full-time working experience.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (Speak, Read & Write)
• Dynamic, achievement oriented and good interpersonal skills
• Creative & critical thinker with an open mind and high learning agility.
• Adventurous, entrepreneurial & possess experimental mindset.
• Performance driven with excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skill.
• Works effectively both as a team and individually.
• Must be able to work 6 days including weekend and willing to travel within Malaysia and overseas.
• Have own transportation.
