5th SERI Colloquium on 5~6 Dec. 2017
Introduction
5th SERI COLLOQUIUM 2017 is the annual events of SERI for postgraduate students to disseminate their works and evaluates their current research progress. This colloquium is an ideal place to discuss, interact and do some revision to the research and findings, hence inspire intellectual discussion among students, researchers and lecturers. Besides, it would benefit for all in term of monitoring progress, improving the research methodology and finding, writing and communication skill and exposed them to the possible networking. This is an essential annual events since the attendance is compulsory for every master (minimum once) and doctoral students (minimum of twice) as pre-graduation requirements in SERI.
Research Areas
The 5th SERI COLLOQUIUM 2017 will be cover the following areas, but not limited to:
- Solar Photovoltaics & Advances Solar Cells including silicon solar cells, thin films, perovskites solar cells and dye sensitized solar cells.
- Solar Thermal Technology & Application.
- Renewable Energy Resources and System such as biomass, biofuel, hydrogen & fuel cells, batteries, capacitors, wind energy, hydropower, geothermal energy, wave energy and tidal energy.
- Energy Conservation and Management such as low energy architecture and building.
- Renewable Energy Policy and Impact Analysis.
