SINOPSIS:

Penyelidikan memfokuskan kepada mikroorganisma bermanfaat dan patogen dalam makanan. Ia merangkumi pembangunan kilang sel mikrob yang inovatif, pengurangan patogen, serta penerapan penyelesaian mesra alam melalui bioproses dan pendekatan berasaskan Kecerdasan Buatan (AI) bagi meningkatkan kualiti makanan, menjamin keselamatan, dan memastikan kelestarian pengeluaran makanan.

Research focuses on beneficial and pathogenic microorganisms in food. It includes developing innovative microbial cell factories, reducing pathogens, and applying eco-friendly solutions through bioprocesses and AI-driven approaches to enhance food quality, ensure safety, and sustainability of food production.
