The UKM 53rd Convocation Ceremony, 2025
We are pleased to announce, with the consent of His Royal Highness Yang di-Pertuan Besar Negeri Sembilan Darul Khusus, Tuanku Muhriz Ibni Almarhum Tuanku Munawir, the Chancellor of UKM; the 53rd UKM Convocation Ceremony will be held physically for all sessions from 22nd of November to 4th of December 2025. |
Access to the UKM's Convocation system will be open on 5th November 2025, 10:00 am subject to amendments from time to time. UKM's Convocation System can only be accessed for graduates in the year 2024 & 2025 for Senate approval as below:

UKM 53rd CONVOCATION CEREMONY REHEARSAL Attention to all Graduands. The rehearsal's session for the UKM 53rd Convocation Ceremony will be held on 19th November 2025 (Wednesday), 9.00am at Dewan Canselor Tun Abdul Razak (DECTAR). |

NOTIFICATION OF TERMINATION OF M365 AND GOOGLE ACCOUNTS FOR GRADUATES OF THE 53rd CONVOCATION SESSION Please be informed that the Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace accounts of graduates of the 53rd Convocation Session, which include email and cloud storage, will be terminated starting from 5th December, 2025. 2. Therefore, prospective graduates are requested to make copies of relevant documents and begin clearing their cloud storage in Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace. NOTIFICATION OF AMENDMENT TO SESSION ARRANGEMENTS 53rd CONVOCATION CEREMONY UNIVERSITI KEBANGSAAN MALAYSIA (UKM) 2025 Please be informed that the revised session arrangements and dates for the 53rd Convocation Ceremony of Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) 2025 may be referred to HERE. Kindly note that this amendment involves only the Postgraduate Diploma in Education (DPLI) Session. Thank you. |
Graduates who wish to update photos to be displayed on stage during the ceremony can do so by uploading the latest photos via SMPWEB or SMPE before 15th October 2025. Please refer to Student's Photo guideline before uploading. Photos that do not follow the specifications and guidelines given will be rejected. |
