Introduction

The Postgraduate Diploma in Dietetics at Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) is a one-year programme (3 semesters) designed to enhance competencies in dietetics practice. Open to nutritionists from Malaysia and abroad—whether in service or newly graduated—the programme strengthens practical skills in catering services as well as patient nutritional care, particularly for individuals requiring specialised nutrition support in hospital settings. Graduates are prepared to contribute to quality dietetics services across hospitals, outpatient and community clinics, and may also undertake consultancy roles in nutrition and healthcare.

Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 2.75, obtained from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia or any other university recognized by the Senate, and having passed an interview as stipulated by the faculty, in the following fields:

    • Didactic (without clinical training), or
    • Nutrition or equivalent

OR

Bachelor’s Degree with a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of at least 2.50 but below 2.75, obtained from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia or any other university recognized by the Senate, with a minimum of five (5) years of relevant working experience, and having passed an interview as stipulated by the faculty, in the following fields:

    • Didactic (without clinical training), or
    • Nutrition or equivalent

Program Diploma Pascasiswazah Pendidikan (DPP), dahulunya dikenali sebagai Diploma Pendidikan Lepasan Ijazah (DPLI) di Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia direka bagi menyediakan graduan bukan pendidikan dengan ilmu, kemahiran dan nilai profesional keguruan. 

Melalui gabungan kursus teori dan latihan mengajar di sekolah, program ini melahirkan guru yang bersedia menyumbang kepada sistem pendidikan negara selaras dengan Falsafah Pendidikan Kebangsaan. 

Penyampaian program turut dirangka secara sistematik bagi memenuhi keperluan perkhidmatan pendidikan berkualiti agar seiring dengan permintaan pasaran.

Program Diploma Pascasiswazah Pendidikan (DPP) UKM Mod Cuti Sekolah adalah program Fakulti Pendidikan UKM yang ditawarkan melalui Pusat Pembentukan Pendidikan Lanjutan & Professional UKM (UKMSHAPE).

Menawarkan program DPP tanpa perlu memohon cuti pengajian dengan kos yang berpatutan

Meningkatkan penguasaan pengetahuan asas dan kemahiran khusus yang relevan dalam pengajaran dan pembelajaran.

Meningkatkan kemampuan dan kebolehan penyelidikan berasaskan sekolah.

Melahirkan pendidik yang profesional, berkualiti dan berkompentesnsi dalam pengajaran & pembelajaran.

Introduction

The Master of Public Administration and Leadership programme is a combination of courses conducted by the Faculty of Economics and Management (FEM) and other faculties/centres in Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) managed by the Centre for Shaping Advanced & Professional Education (UKMSHAPE). The programme aims to strengthen management knowledge for those involved in the administration and management of organisations, either in the public or private sector. The block system is used to show the differences of various levels of competence in the programme structure. The programme is based on six (6) blocks of courses that must be taken by students. Students are required to take all courses in blocks 1, 2 and 3, and elective courses in block 4. In block 5, students can choose cross-disciplinary courses according to students’ career development needs. Block 6 is a compulsory master’s research project for all students.
