• Excellent understanding of computer hardware, Windows 10 and related user support
• In-depth knowledge of all Microsoft Windows operating systems
• Good knowledge of Virtual meetings tools and platforms, audio, and video conference
technologies
• Good problem solving and analytical skills, eye for details and accuracy.
• Team-player with coordination skills in managing various types of stakeholders.
• Fluency in English and outstanding communication skills.

Education Qualifications
Essential
• Completion of secondary, technical or commercial school education.
Desirable
• Relevant professional training and/or certification

Experience
Essential
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in an IT environment including: client
hardware/software support; virtual meetings tools and platforms, Audio and Video
Conference support.
