🛂 For all undergraduate student, please note that starting 1st April 2024 UKMShape will no longer bear the other half of your Renewal Application fee to EMGS. Therefore, all application fee must be borne by the student and must be paid directly to the EMGS.
🛂 Please be informed that our office will be closed for the entire day on 30th April 2025 due to the EMGS Townhall event, and on 1st May 2025 for Labour Day. We will resume operations on 2nd May 2025.
🛂 Please be informed that upon arrival in Malaysia, all students are required to proceed to immigration checkpoint counters 59 and 60 to obtain an entry stamp. It is mandatory for students to receive an entry stamp in their passport. Please avoid using the E-gate immigration counter.
🛂 Kindly be informed that we have moved out from Bangunan Wawasan (FKA PKP) to the International Office (Pusanika LeveL 4). Currently we are yet to establish any telephone line for reaching out purposes. For any enquiry you may email us at visashape@ukm.edu.my or pay a visit to our new office. We apologize for any inconvenience caused.
Attention: Once your EMGS status reaches 100 percent, you can only collect your passport on the next working day. Please bring passport submission acknowledgement letter for passport collection.

PAYMENT OF INTERNATIONAL STUDENT VISA FEES AND PENALTIES VIA THE UKM FINANCE PORTAL (eKewangan)
Please be informed that, effective from 1 July 2026, all payments related to international student visa fees and penalties must be made through the UKM Finance Portal (eKewangan): https://ekewangan.ukm.my/.
All international students are required to make payments for visa fees and any applicable penalties using the prescribed payment channel. Please ensure that the correct payment option is selected when making the payment.
Payments made through any other method will NOT BE ACCEPTED unless prior approval has been obtained from the relevant authority.
