The Introduction to Cadaver Preservation Procedures Course (KKM 2025) was successfully held on 12 June 2025 at the Dissection Hall, Department of Anatomy, Faculty of Medicine, Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia.

The course was organised in collaboration between the Department of Anatomy and the Ministry of Health Malaysia (MOH), with the primary objective of providing participants with initial exposure and a fundamental understanding of the standard cadaver preservation procedures practised in MOH healthcare facilities.

Throughout the one-day course, participants were engaged in both theoretical sessions and practical demonstrations covering techniques and protocols for the professional and ethical preservation, maintenance, and management of cadavers.

The course also served as a knowledge-sharing platform between academic staff and healthcare professionals to strengthen best practices in the fields of anatomy and forensic medicine.
