TISSUE CULTURE LABORATORY
The department also has its own tissue culture laboratory (Lab 4), located on the 9th floor of the Pre-Clinical Building. This tissue culture laboratory is used by researchers and students for cell and tissue culture research studies.
The laboratory is equipped with equipment such as:
- BioSafety Cabinet
- CO2 Incubator
- Centrifuge
- Inverted Microscope
- Shaking Water Bath
These tools are essential for maintaining sterile conditions, promoting cell growth, and conducting various types of tissue culture experiments.
All of these equipment are placed in a dedicated room to ensure that all research activities are conducted in a sterile environment, preventing contamination of the cultured cells.
In the front section of the laboratory, the following equipment is also available:
- Ultra Pure Water Machine
- -80°C Eppendorf Freezer
- -30°C Panasonic Freezer
- Regular Freezer
- Analytical Balance
- pH Meter
These additional tools are essential for maintaining the quality of the research, such as ensuring proper storage conditions for samples and providing accurate measurements for experiments.
