COURSE STRUCTURE
- Master of Medical Science (Anatomy) – UKM Mixed Mode (Coursework and Dissertation)
This is a full-time course that is conducted over a period of 2 years (four semesters) with a maximum duration of 3 years (six semesters). The course consists of two parts :1. Coursework (First Year, 20 credit hours
2. Research with Dissertation (Second Year, 20 credit hours)
Each candidate is required to submit a dissertation on research conducted in the second year as part of the requirements before being awarded the Master of Medical Science (Anatomy) degree. A supervisor will be appointed at the beginning of the third semester, and the candidate must prepare a research proposal for a research grant application and obtain ethical approval for the research. The candidate’s progress report will be submitted to the faculty every six months.
