SPECIMEN RENTAL SERVICES
Anatomical specimens produced in the department, such as wet specimens, plastinated specimens, bones, jar specimens, and plastic models, are also available for loan for teaching purposes at public and private higher education institutions (IPTA/IPTS) and for professional examinations for undergraduate and postgraduate courses in medicine, nursing, and medical sciences.
However, the use of specimen loans involves a fee and is subject to the approval of the department and faculty, as well as the terms and conditions that have been set.

PROCEDURE OF SPESIMEN RENTAL
1. Rental Application:
Submit a formal rental request letter for specimen borrowing to the Head of the Department of Anatomy.
2. Approval Process:
The application will be reviewed and is subject to approval by the Head of the Department of Anatomy. Ensure that all required information, including the type of specimen and purpose of rental, is clearly stated in the formal request letter.
3. Payment of Rental Fee:
Once the application is approved, the rental fee must be paid according to the established rates. Payment instructions will be provided after approval.
4. Agreement to Terms and Conditions:
The renter must agree to and comply with the terms and conditions set by the department, including the proper handling and usage of the specimens.
5. Collection or Delivery of Specimens:
After the approval and payment process, arrangements for specimen collection or delivery shall be made by the Borrowing Party.
6. Return of Specimens:
Specimens must be returned within the agreed time frame and in the same condition as when they were rented. Any damage or loss will incur additional charges.
