Deputy Director’s Terms of Reference (Quality Management System)

• Developing policies and QMS requirements based on specific standard such as ISO 9000 and so on
• Serving as a Management Representative for Undergraduate and Graduate Studies Programmes  QMS (QMSUGSP) who reports directly to the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Academic Affairs -HEA)
• Coordinating the implementation of QMS in Centres of Responsibilities (PTJ) and ensuring a harmonious system
• Planning and monitoring the implementation of the QMS audit
• Coordinating the implementation of continuous improvement of QMS in PTJ and university
• Providing performance reporting to the management of the university
