UKM Service Quality Management System (SPKP)Second Monitoring Audit for Certification Programme MS ISO 9001:2008

UKM will undergo a Second Monitoring Audit for Certification Programme MS ISO 9001:2008 for Service Quality Management System (SPKP) UKM from 5-9 January 2015 by the Audit Team from SIRIM QAS International Pte Ltd.

This Monitoring Audit is an audit cycle set on SPKP UKM that has obtained MS ISO 9001:2008 Certification since 18 January 2013. The Monitoring Audit aims to:

• Verify the implementation of corrective actions on Monitoring Audit Report Findings 1 from 2-6 December 2013
• See changes to the quality management system, management and implementation of work process (if any)
• Audit a particular Centre of Responsibilities and scrutinise records of quality
• Makes recommendations regarding the organisation’s registration status

Cooperations of all UKM citizens are anticipated to ensure the success of this Monitoring Audit Programme.
