UKM Complaints and Feedback System (e-FACT) is a system of dealing with complaints, feedback, suggestions, appreciation and application service of UKM citizens and non-UKM citizens. The system is built for the integration of 5 existing systems in use in UKM, namely ICT Feedback & Complaints System (SMAICT), Feedback & Damage Complaint System (SAK), Feedback and Questions System, Internal Complaint System (SAD) and Students Internal Complaint System (SADP).

 The purpose of this system was to improve the service delivery system, a systematic complaints management, rapid, transparent and efficient information sharing and is to generate feedback and complaints reports in a more systematic and flexible manner. Centre of Quality Assurance is tasked to monitor and analyse the feedback received and ensure all complaints received are dealt with effectively.
