Congratulations to our researchers (Dr Noraidatulakma Abdullah, Assoc. Prof. Dr Nor Azian Abdul Murad, Prof. Dr Rahman Jamal, and Dr Siti Aishah Sulaiman) and postgraduate student (Ms Nurruzanna Ismail) on successfully publishing a paper in MDPI Diagnostics, which is a Q1 paper with an impact factor of 3.110. The review paper discusses the roles of long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) in type 2 diabetes (T2D) and cardiovascular disease (CVD) conditions. The article also discusses the potential of lncRNAs as molecular biomarkers for CVD complications in T2D patients.
