About Us
The Physiotherapy Clinic (formerly known as the Physical Therapy Clinic), established under the Physiotherapy Program, Faculty of Health Sciences since 2008, responds to UKM’s aspiration to contribute to the community using existing skills and expertise. This Physiotherapy Clinic offers learning, teaching, and physiotherapy services such as assessment and treatment for various cases requiring short or long-term recovery. The Physiotherapy Clinic also provides screening and health promotion services both within the clinic and the community. Our clientele consists of individual individuals and specific target groups, referred from various disciplines, whether from hospitals, government clinics, or private institutions. The clinic also aims to provide training to undergraduates and continuous learning to staff, towards elevating professionalism and advancing the role of the Faculty of Health Sciences as a research center.

Promoting a healthy and active lifestyle to the community. - Collaborating with external agencies to provide strategic plans according to stakeholder needs.
- Providing training opportunities for undergraduates and continuous learning for staff to enhance professionalism.
- Contributing to the strengthening of the Faculty of Health Sciences, specifically, and UKM in general, as a center for clinical research.

- We receive clients referred from hospitals/clinics/government and private institutions. We also consider self-referrals or walk-ins without appointments.
Our Services
The FSK Physiotherapy Clinic offers professional services available to the general public. The services offered are as follows:
- Assessment and rehabilitation treatment for cases of:

Treatment Admission Procedure at the Physiotherapy Clinic
– Referral letter
– Identification card / passport
– Guarantee letter from employer (Government staff / statutory bodies)
– Retirement card
– Letter from school (primary and secondary school students)
– Welfare card (OKU – Persons with Disabilities)
2. The first treatment visit includes an initial assessment by a physiotherapist and takes approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour. Subsequent treatments usually take between 20 minutes to one hour.
