INTRODUCTION

Dietetics clinic FSK provides dietetics counselling services by dietetics lecturer and accredited dietetics member. Clinic site in Klinik Warga, PPUKM accept reference from expert and medical doctor in Hospital Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia only. Dietetics clinic also functions as student training site for Bachelor of Dietetics programme (three and final year students).

SERVICES

FSK’s Dietetics Clinic provides dietetics evaluation services and also dietetics intervention for adult, collective child and therapy.

Dietetik assessment include :

   4. Body percentage of fat (if necessary)

CLINIC PROCEDURE

Dietetik clinic receive customer with date only. Customer just can be referenced by HUKM medical doctor. Customer required to register self invariably present to clinic. Documents of necessity during first registration is reference letter from HUKM medical doctor.

TREATMENT PROCEDURES/INTERVENSI

In first session, member dietetics you will preparing preliminary assessment to seek specific information to intervensi. First session generally carried out for 45 minutes to 1 hours. Sessions further usually walk for 15-20 minutes for each session.

Health problem which need given diet treatment through counselling including obesity, diabetes mellitus, diabetes gestational, hypertension, hyperlipidemia, disease food allergy and other need treatment diet.

Dietetik turut berfungsi as research clinic. You might be given opportunity in order to be participant from time to time. Pernyertaan secara sukarela

CLINIC INFRASTRUCTURE

Clinic Dietetics FSK provided counseling services dietetics by lecturer dietetics and member dietetics accredited. Clinic site in Clinic Warga, HUKM accept reference from expert and medical doctor in University Hospital National Malaysia only. Clinic Dietetics also functions as student training site Ijazah Sarjanamuda Dietetics programmed with year distinction three and final year.

OPERATION HOURS

Clinic opens from 9.00 am till 12.00 pm, Monday to Friday. Each consultation session is between 30 minutes to 1 hour.
