Maklumat penting kepada semua pengguna

 
1. Penentuan kadar caj perkhidmatan makmal terbahagi kepada dua (2) kategori iaitu pengguna daripada UKM/ Agensi Kerajaan dan Swasta. Namun begitu, terdapat beberapa pengecualian kadar caj perkhidmatan makmal seperti perincian berikut:

Pengguna merupakan pelajar/ penyelidik FSK

Tiada caj perkhidmatan dikenakan. Pengguna hanya dikenakan caj bahan pakai habis (jika ada)

2.

Pengguna merupakan pelajar UKM/ IPTA/ Agensi Kerajaan manakala penyelia merupakan penyelidik FSK

Kadar caj perkhidmatan makmal mengikut kadar untuk pengguna UKM/ Agensi Kerajaan dengan 20% potongan daripada caj keseluruhan

3.

Pengguna merupakan pelajar IPTS/ Swasta manakala penyelia merupakan penyelidik FSK

Kadar caj perkhidmatan makmal mengikut kadar untuk pengguna swasta dengan 20% potongan daripada caj keseluruhan

 
2. Bagi perkhidmatan penyewaan peralatan makmal, caj penyelenggaraan/caj pengendalian akan dikenakan bergantung kepada PTJ yang memberikan perkhidmatan.
3. Selain caj ruang dan peralatan, caj tambahan seperti kos barang guna habis, bahan kimia, gas, bahan mentah dan lain-lain caj (contoh: alat tulis, utiliti, penyelenggaraan) yang digunakan (sekiranya ada), khidmat rundingan, insurans, bayaran untuk staf yang bertugas/terlibat semasa penggunaan perkhidmatan dan caj cukai semasa akan diambilkira dalam pengiraan sebutharga kepada pengguna. 
4. Permohonan pengurangan caj adalah bergantung kepada kelulusan Ketua PTJ. 
5. Permintaan bagi analisis segera (fast lane) akan dipertimbangkan dan tertakluk kepada bayaran tambahan sebanyak 50% (dari kadar caj asal).
6. Penggunaan makmal bagi tempoh jangka panjang (minimum 1 semester) pengguna akan dikenakan Yuran Pendaftaran Makmal mengikut semester termasuk penggunaan alatan/bahan kimia/bahan pakai habis asas makmal. Jika penggunaan peralatan berteknologi tinggi caj yang dikenakan mengikut kadar yang telah ditetapkan. 

OAE Otoread™ Screener

An OAE (Otoacoustic Emissions) screener is a medical device used to assess the hearing function of individuals, particularly newborns and young children. OAEs are sounds produced by the inner ear (cochlea) in response to acoustic stimulation. These emissions can be measured using sensitive microphones placed in the ear canal and are commonly used to test the hearing of infants and young children who may not be able to participate in traditional behavioral hearing tests.
