1. All candidates should apply online through this link https://www.ukm.my/join/
2. The application for the coursework program is from April to May every year (for September intake).
3. Applications for research programs can be made at any time through out the year.
4. The processing fee is RM30.00 (for Malaysian applicants) and USD 30 or RM100 (for overseas applicants). Payment must be made online as provided in the Join System
