MyPortfolio Staff Enhancement and HRMIS Updating Workshop

The Strategic Centre of UKM organized the myPortfolio Staff Enhancement and HRMIS Updating Workshop on 22 May 2026.

The workshop aimed to provide clear and detailed explanations regarding the management and implementation of Job Descriptions (JD) and myPortfolio components, particularly to ensure that employees’ service records are systematically integrated into the HRMIS system.

This comprehensive session was conducted by Kamili Diana Alias as the main speaker, while the technical and practical guidance aspects were coordinated by Barudin Baharin as the workshop facilitator.

Through this workshop, participants were exposed to the procedures for updating the latest service information as well as the methodology for preparing accurate job descriptions. This initiative is important to ensure that the organizational structure and service delivery at the UKM Strategic Centre remain efficient, transparent, and aligned with the university’s human resource KPIs.
