UKM MAKES GLORIOUS HISTORY: RANKED 7TH IN THE WORLD IN THE IMPACT RATINGS 2026

Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM) has made history by securing 7th place in the world in the Times Higher Education (THE) Impact Ratings 2026. This achievement places UKM among the top 1% of universities globally based on its impact on the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

This ranking marks the highest achievement in UKM’s history and proves the capability of Malaysia’s national university to stand alongside leading global institutions in driving sustainability, community well-being, and global development.
