Large Molecules (Proteins) identification based on accurate mass, fragmentation and true isotopic pattern in MS and MS/MS

The microTOF-Q is a time-of-flight instrument in combination with LC/MS/MS applications. Sample delivery to the source is by Thermo Scientific Dionex UltiMate 3000 UHPLC system/RSLCnano.

This combination of LC and MS allows:

  • Detection of masses in a complex matrix, identification based on accurate mass and true isotopic pattern in MS and MS/MS
  • High resolution and mass accuracy MS (selectivity), high resolution chromatography (speed) and high dynamic range and sensitivity
