Team Strengthening Workshop

The three-day Team Strengthening Workshop successfully achieved its objective of enhancing teamwork, communication, and mutual understanding among staff of the UKM Strategy Centre. The program combined nature exploration, educational visits, and local cultural experiences in a relaxed yet meaningful setting.

Key activities included tidal flat exploration at Pulau Mawar, island hopping, and heritage-based activities such as making traditional keropok lekor and satar. The overall program created a positive impact by building a stronger, more competitive, and harmonious team.

The workshop also provided participants with the opportunity to interact more openly outside the formal work context, thereby contributing to improved team spirit and overall organizational productivity.
