UKM Unity Merdeka Kayak Expedition 2025

Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia (UKM), through its Sports Centre and Cultural Centre, successfully organized the Merdeka Unity Kayak Expedition 2025 at Putrajaya Lake in conjunction with UKM’s Independence Month celebration.

The event, officiated by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Sufian Jusoh, brought together 130 participants—including university leaders, staff, students, and the wider community.

The diverse participation across races and religions showcased the true spirit of unity and togetherness. Beyond celebrating independence, the expedition fostered sportsmanship, healthy living, and stronger bonds within the UKM community and beyond.
